Victorian Style Extension

This brick built orangery extension required substantial structural alterations and specialist materials to match the original features of the Victorian building. 

We commissioned the bespoke limestone window mullion and lintol and sliding sash windows to harmonise with the existing fenestration. 

As the existing store structures were supporting the embankment we built around them using green oak and used clay paviors that blended beautifully with the extension and the original

building materials. 

We designed and installed the new parking bay and driveway with a green oak porch that utilised reclaimed bricks from the demolition and york stone steps for seating, 

Internally, we refurbished the adjacent rooms upgraded the central healting system and installed the kitchen to which we added bespoke furniture to within the utility and origfinal door recess.
